My dear friends,
Everything in Nature has a purpose, just like in our sophisticated whole being - body, mind, and spirit.
Take for example hawthorn berries - each fallen to the ground berry has a thorn. Why do you think it does? Maybe, to better hook to the ground and stay there until the berry is ready to let the seed into the ground?
I live close to a wetlands environment and get to learn and observe the plants and wildlife that favor that environment.
Generations upon generations around the world observed Nature and how its characteristics and properties of the plants can be used to elevate and support our health.
Many times, people either rush to "heal" the one symptom of the body instead of looking at the whole picture. If you left a water facet open, wouldn't you try to close it first before cleaning the water overflow? If you wanted to wash a pot that had dried up food on its walls, wouldn't you fill it up with water and let it sit for a while until it's easy to clean it? Can one nutrient have the same affect on everyone? Absolutely not - each person is their own complicated living lab.
This is how I think before I try to assist my sophisticated body, not go against it.
Over the years, I transformed myself, learning many wholistic therapies and using them for myself and my family, including our dogs. I am mostly fascinated with the Traditional Chinese Medicine as it's most intuitive, accumulates the generational wisdom and observations, which by the way, modern science is trying to catch up to. The concept of being out of balance instead of being ill is what I value the most.
I do like knowing the anatomy and curious about modern medicine achievements. Yet, I perceive us as a whole sophisticated being. Live. Not something isolated and studied under a microscope, and later misinterpreted.
I thought, it may be useful to share my accumulated knowledge with others. Over the years, I wrote a blog, created a website, sent emails to my friends, and finally, wrote a book to organize all the info.
My book, as well as websites and blogs have a wealth of information I want people to use - my experiences, from a stingray piercing my foot, emotional tolls on my body, to supporting the people with digestion, breathing / coughing problems, paralyzed, after vaccination, and so on.
Integrating Aromatherapy, living foods, positive attitude and active lifestyle to stay healthy
Same as our gut health is affecting our brain, our brain, what we think or rather how we react to life situations, affects our gut health.
When your health is off balance, bring back a happy person you were!
If it is someone else you care about, support them emotionally, with humor, encouragement, love, acceptance and understanding.
They are not an object that needs to be given commands to or manipulated. They are a live person with personal talents, interests, thoughts, and pride. They need to feel loved and cared about.
Balancing their taste of color, interests, hobbies, etc. will help bring their mind, body and spirit back into balance.
Water a delicate flower, so it can open beautifully again!
Water the seed and it will sprout, provide it with nourishment and a loving environment, and it will grow healthy.
Same care goes for our furry friends, plants and Nature.
Our soul is in our heart from the first heartbeat. It needs to be nourished spiritually and nutritionally.
