What is the function of our blood?
To support our cells - oxygenate, nourish and carry out toxins. Correct?
If you had a dirty jar with some goo stuck to its walls, would you want to rinse it with water or rather put some thicker stuff and leave it there to unstick the goo? How about closing the jar and vigorously shaking it?
What is your solution?
I am confident, my body knows what it's doing. If it needs to put some pressure sometimes, to move the stuff around, I'm good with that. Personally, I love walking, jugging and even jumping on a trampoline to shake things up in my body. It makes me happy too! :)
I bet, if I gained a lot of weight and didn't move, my heart would work harder and get bigger, my blood pressure would go up, and, in fact, all my internal fabulous organs would be literally out of shape! Temporarily, until I start listening to my body.
Sometime ago, a friend of mine had a hard time getting rid of a cough after being sick for a while. Whatever the doctor prescribed her was not helping, as the body had added toxins to deal with now. I gave her capsules with essential oils for digestion and a eucalyptus blend to support her breathing, plus Thieves to assist her weak body. My friend quickly got better and remembered the lesson! Now, if she feels needs support, she knows what to do. In fact, she did so just recently :)
