I have a new philosophy - if it hurts - let my body handle it, as it knows better. Unless it needs extra support.
The most excruciating pain I experienced was after the Caesarian section, after 27 hours of labor that could have been so easy.
Without my knowledge, after the surgery I was given morphine - and that is to a nursing mom! I only got it once. After that I took 1/2 tablet of extra strength Excedrin. When I felt the pain - it was like high heat burning I could tolerate. And it did not last long - my body quickly did what it was supposed to - repair the incision.
Inflammation is one of the ways our body burns toxins. As far as allergies - that's medical terminology. What is happening in reality? Whatever organ is out of balance, maybe weak or full of toxins, when more toxins are introduced, reacts more severe, trying to get rid of extra toxic load. Should you help it by getting rid of toxins or shut that organ down, deaden it?
