Today's improvisation:
a juice of Japanese knotweed, celery, blueberries, fresh lemon juice and tangerine in my raw goat milk kefir.
YUM!
Couldn't finish - put the rest in the fridge.
Yesterday, I had grape juice mixed with my goat milk kefir - outstanding!
Can't wait to put my greens, the rest of the blueberries and tangerine,
fresh cucumber and zucchini through my masticating juicer,
plus either pumpkin seeds or mashed avocado.
Plus I have fresh green garlic and will definitely add dill.
Double yum!
Just need to get hungry first.
