I had an interesting experience once, almost getting hit by a speeding towards me car, as I was crossing the road.
The time at that moment seemed have slowed down to a one frame at a time.
If we fill every moment with something important, time may extend.
From one of my Facebook posts:
I wake up in the morning to the many sounds of birds. Then the light outside gets brighter and I get destructed by the beauty of the rising sky, dew drops, bunnies playing. And then the sounds of the birds do not seem as loud...
Maybe, I should live by example of a bumble bee - take something good from everyone and spread it around.
Living in the moment, being in paradise
* even when I'm drinking or eating - enjoying every sip and bite!
* compassion and accepting others, supporting them
* observing birds eating our mulberry berries - finches, doves...
* watching the bees collecting nectar from our wild flowers
* kissing and hugging my dog, playing with her
And you know, then time extends and becomes immaterial and everlasting
Imagine, I have at least 20 more years to enjoy every moment!
My son is a man, and I evolved into a self-focusing woman - a new concept for me
There is unhidden beauty in every flowing moment - in stillness of the town's old buildings, keeping the secrets of its ungratified dwellers, in rhythmic falling raindrops touching delicate serene rose petals, in tranquility of a flowing brook, in perpetual movement of everlasting nature - industrious birds , changing seasons...
