The other day, my digestive system would not stop cleansing. I had to run to the bathroom for hours!
I did not do the cleansing on purpose - my body wanted certain foods, like soaked figs (2), blueberries, a few smoothie packs (carrot-mango, dragon fruit, coconut), mango, etc.
I was getting so exhasted and even scared, I was thinking to have dark black tea. However, I reasoned that then, I would interfere with my body doing what it needed.
I thought of 2 of my friends taking care of their problems - one always assists the body, while the other one takes pain meds. Guess who suffers longer and has complications...
