To Each His Own
To Each His Own
Yesterday, one of my Facebook friends wrote about her lower back and feet hurting. I felt compassion and, instead of giving her advice, I asked her a few questions and shared what I do for my body. She replied that I did not know her, which is true. I only know from following her pages for years about her life and eating habits. She is more than twice my size and weight and is a farmer while I'm a raw vegetarian. It is interesting that having a few health issues, she considers herself healthy, because she does not take medications. In a way, she is correct, as our body constantly tries to achieve balance.
My point is - there are no 2 people alike, nor one person being in a state of inertia. We are a living lab.
This is why, I never know what I will drink or eat in the morning or whenever. Nor can I recommend anyone how to feel.
Our health so depends on our mental status. That is, depending on how we feel / think, our whole being vibrates its living energy.
If our soul / mind is calm and relaxed, so is the rest of our body. This is why I love doing Tai Chi and jumping on a trampoline, going for a quiet walk in the morning to observe nature.
I wish we could live free of politics, which ultimately influence us all, and so tragically, innocent people end up losing their lives.
Nowadays, as always in history, the information presented to people is fabricated lies. It takes an analytical mind to decipher the truth. The ones in "sheep" clothes are greedy dishonest wolves, who instigate unrest and hate, disseminating lies. The paid-for science is not pro-life.
I can not block reality and have no strong emotions for what is happening in the world. What I can do is be in the moment and support my whole health.
