First off - please listen to your body. It will tell you if you want to drink and what.
I do not enjoy the idea of every morning drinking the same thing, as a robot. Sometimes, I even don't drink - it all depends on how I feel.
I may drink a little or a lot, and so on.
I grew up on carrot juice, and then as an adult, I drank vegetable juices, freshly made, at work, lunchtime.
I don't always juice now - maybe, I am looking for diversity and something new.
My latest discovery is Juicing butternut squash . After juicing, the pulp can be used any way palatable to you. You can even dry it more and use it later as crackers, or a powder to add to your meals.
It is recommended to drink the juice within 15 min after making it, so it does not oxidases.
In the past, I came up with an idea of adding rejuvelac and fresh lemon juice, for a friend of mine who wanted to bring the juice to work.
You may like another idea - adding an oil on top. For example, I love buckthorn oil, which is so good for you and tastes pleasant. A thin layer of the oil will block the air from entering your drink. I frequently add the buckthorn oil to my drinks with essential oils.
Don't forget to chew your drink!
Cheers! Salut!
P.S. Someone asked a question in one of my groups about getting well eating and drinking living foods.
I replied, that as long as there is a desire, the person will get well. I did many times. The most severe were a twisted stomach, open valves, and calcination in my hand.
