Falling off the wagon - my patient body lets me know every time :)
It's amazing how my whole body went back to normal after my stomach feels fine - my teeth do not hurt anymore, my skin is better. All that improvement after the next dip :) (Btw, I describe the whole body connections in my book in detail).
My whole being taught me such positive lessons - "be patient, do not overeat on pleasuring foods to feel better :) , stay calm, do not lie down too soon after eating, do not sacrifice your stomach eating with others unhealthy foods..."
It is great, I know how to help myself by simply listening to my body - juicing, not forcing myself to eat, doing alignment exercises, moving, trusting my body, remembering that my body is my intelligent ally. My body demands respect :)

Juicing is such an effective nourishing hydration for the whole body, including the skin. It's funny how we try to "heal" the skin, when nutrition comes from the blood and lymph, and so do the toxins :)
Remember Norman Walker recommending juicing 1/2 head of cabbage for people with "cancer"? When we cook fresh fruit and veggies, we lose important nutrients. Some, according to Walker, like oxalic acid, when cooked, turn into needles-like painful accumulations in our body.
