How often do people think that maybe the reason their spine is crooked or budged is because of the internal organs pulling or pushing on it.
Imagine a big stomach and weak muscles - surely it will affect the spine.
Our spine is our lifeline - a major part of the Central Nervous System, connecting the brain to the rest of our body. A major highway :)
Besides, our spine may have toxins or spasms, just like the rest of our body.
I work on my body alignment every day by doing Tai Chi, Yoga, Nishi and even some ballet exercises. Of course, swimming is the best!
