I wanted some chocolate. Not a problem - made my own in seconds!
I ground cacao nibs, cinnamon stick and vanilla bean, mixed it with defrosted cherries in tea, mixed with raw tahini.
I like to make everything myself- I know what I put in, do not add toxic ingredients, to my taste and creativity.
I had a piece of lemon afterwards to clean my gums and teeth. I bet, adding a piece of fresh lemon peel would be interesting And I forgot to add a drop of peppermint essential oil. Next year...
Do you think a sliver of ginger would go with this?
Actually, amaranth would make this into a more balanced pastry! Getting it tomorrow.

The key to having a smooth cacao is mixing the powder with tahini and then adding a syrup (grape juice, or dragon fruit, or coconut, or all smoothies). Instead of cherries, bananas will do great too - whatever you like.
