What is better for your teeth and gums than your saliva?
In fact, everything healthy that you eat nourishes your mouth. The only thing I do for my teeth is to make sure nothing gets stuck between my teeth or under my gums. I do not use any commercial toothpastes - just a wet toothbrush, if needed to clean my teeth.
I remember, as a kid, I didn’t like brushing my teeth with tooth powder - it was simply an unnatural substance. Kids are not brainwashed yet and are more in tune with their body.
This morning, for example, I had some raw goat milk with raw honey - so delicious and nutritious! Before than, I enjoyed my favorite drink NingXia NITRO (by Young Living) added to the tea blend of hibiscus and Kava Stress Relief tea by Yogi. I added to my drink sea buckthorn oil and 3 drops of Sacred Frankincense (by Young Living) in it. I had it because I felt like it - I don't drink it regularly. Then I had a capsule of EndoGize with my raw goat milk and honey tea. I felt my gums hurting a little - maybe my mouth was using the honey tea for healing. I decided to have a drop of Freedom essential oils blend by Young Living. As my saliva was coming, I kept on swishing it inside my mouth. I didn't swallow it for the whole walk of my dog :)
Incidentally, I just discovered another useful post on saliva on this website - Don't Rush To Swallow
Enjoy!
