Here is my dog's progress:
"Pepper is on liquids today - raw milk with raw honey and licks of buckthorn oil. No gagging, has energy, resting peacefully. I may give her mashed sweet potato - just a little, with raw cream "
"Yesterday, Pepper already had her ground meat from the farm. First, I gave her very little, because 1. she was on almost liquid food the day before, and 2. to see how she would do. I continued with the raw goat milk, honey and buckthorn oil, and still do. I would wait until the nutritious drink and honey-oil do the soothing before offering her to eat. Later on, when she asked to eat, I gave her more ground meat, but I broke it up to small pieces, so that she would not gulp the whole thing. At night, around 5 pm, I gave her mashed steamed sweet potato with hemp oil. I know, she wanted more, but I want her to get better first. She slept through the night, and was good yesterday the whole day. She still wants to run, which she is not ready for. But, not much I can do sometimes, but to run next to her... "
"I just dripped a few drops of Sacred Frankincense on Pepper upper spine while she is sleeping. She didn't even wake up. She loves the honey-sea buckthorn mixture. And I keep giving her raw goat milk. At some point, I will make this into a post on my public website "
"Now her tail is up and she ran around the block (I had to run along) . She went into town yesterday after dayswalking around and close to the home. Pepper never lost her appetite "
"I gave some buckwheat honey with a fresh rose I put in a few days ago in it, to Pepper. Tastes and smells so good! "
"Another important point is not to make them feel like we are sorry for them. I want Pepper to know that I care and she will be ok. I'm not always so good right away, but I try. "
