Another quick recovery!
Yesterday morning, my tooth started hurting. I even dreamed about it the night before.
The gum swelled - it felt like the nerve was inflamed. Not fun.
Essential oils to the rescue!
I tried different things rubbing on my gum - my favorite trio: Valor, RutaVala and Deep Relief roll ons straight on the gum, DiGize (Unfortunately, I ran out of fennel. Otherwise, I would have tried that first), PanAway. I mixed in my hand the above 3 with wintergreen and Thieves, rubbed Freedom by itself... I let my saliva mix with the oils in my mouth to soak the spot. Nothing was giving me relief.
I had my favorite NingXia Nitro to give me a better frame of mind, and drank defrosted coconut with dragon and Jack fruit, chewing on the other (left) side.
I used my logic - if there is a swelling, then there are some toxins my body has isolated to get rid of. Purification! Why didn't I do it right away...
And that was a start of a happy ending 🙂
I mixed Purification with the Ortho Ease massage oil in my hand and rubbed it on my gums and I took my dog Pepper for a walk.
While walking, I inspected the side of my jaw - it felt a little painful in the indentation under the ear. I pressed on it. Couldn't find any other sore spots.
Back home, I ate a green apple, understanding that chewing would speed up circulation and help carry the toxins out. Which it did!
The pain went away and eventually did the swelling. Just to be on a safe side, I rubbed Ortho Ease massage oil on the spot before going to sleep.
Not sure if the swelling happened because there was a little food under the gum, though after I eat, I always clean under my gums with a rubber tip. Or maybe, the last few stressful days got to me, as even my stomach knotted. I was even about to use Peace & Calming, which once worked like magic on my tooth root canal. I saved my root canal 3 times before, but this time, I was more gentle on my gums and didn't swallow the oils - I mixed them with raw goat milk.
My family was asking me if I wanted to see the dentist - NO. Only as a last resort.
How fortunate am I to have these essential oils! Never forget to be grateful to Gary!
I will add this story to my website - the new addition to my book.
