Imagine a string of beautiful bright multicolor lights or candles, all lit up!
This is how I feel when I go outside to walk - singing, jogging, biking, doing Tai Chi, hanging upside down, doing a hand stand, going on monkey bars - full of energy! The more I do, the more energy I feel!
I can never have too much air. Maybe, because when I was an infant, my mom used to leave me all wrapped up in a warm blanket, outside the window in a crib (old buildings in Kiev, Ukraine, had inside courts. )
I love fresh air! After the rain, in the rain, in the winter, spring, summer or fall :)
When I go for a walk, I pay attention to pushing off my toes to speed up the circulation. I imagine my little body cells opening and closing to get rid of the accumulated garbage in exchange for the life sustaining oxygen.
I feel great when I am outside. If I can, I walk barefoot, even on my 4 - arms and feet! Great for my spine. Hanging upside down, I release the neck and shoulder muscles, reversing the blood flow.
Our cat and dog love being outside too :) Why not - it is so healthy! The animals are so attuned with nature - smell, watch and hear every sound! Eating the grass - no-one taught them to do any of that!
And of course, the evening walks are a must. I love taking a long walk to clear my mind and get sleepy :)
I am present and time extends indefinitely :)
