We always look for that magic pill, a rejuvenation elixir. We already have it - it's us! :)
Our body, having such amazing internal organs and functions, is constantly working in accord with the environment to maintain homeostasis.
For example, tumors is how our body separates toxins from the body for elimination, swelling - may be body's healing or cleansing, or damaged cells unable to sustain themselves, weak kidneys - all depends on the person's physical condition. Sometimes, the undigested food in our stomach may be too liquidly, needing absorption, or just the opposite - needing more moisture. We need to stay in tune with our body so we will know what it may need.

When we go outside and it's cold, we cross our arms and I bet, our cells close up to keep the heat. When it's hot, our cells open up, releasing heat and toxic overload - all the processes run faster.
Have you ever pondered why some people may get affected more in their liver, yet others in their kidneys, etc.? Emotions, lifestyle, physical condition - are all different from person to person.
Bottom line - there is no "one fits all solution". As of late, I tolerate pain on purpose, without using any remedies. My pain is my teacher, reminding me what I knowingly did wrong. Kind of, my mom telling me not to do it next time :)
