Have you ever accidentally poured too much in a glass, spilling some?
What do you think happens to our, let's say digestive tract, when "all of a sudden" we feel like throwing up? It has had enough toxic food or overeating!
Our body machine is very sophisticated and forgiving, to a point - any area that is weak / unbalanced will scream at you, unless you fix it in time. And it may be too late, if you don't pay attention to it. Just like a bag you keep on staffing too much will eventually rip. (interesting play on the word RIP - rest in peace :) )
Btw, where do you draw a line when choosing what is not too toxic to eat or drink? Is it that what you don't see, or feels pleasant that's ok to consume? That totally negates eating moldy foods, doesn't it?...
To take it further, when your body is trying to get rid of the toxins, sometimes painfully what seems like an inflammation (which it is - burning or liquifying, or throwing up what it does not need) would you want to stop or assist your body? Would you proudly label it as over-reaction, arthritis or whatever other creative label, and live with it???
THE CHOICE IS YOURS - BETTER LATE THAN NEVER TO START GETTING BETTER.
