Last night, I got so excited finally receiving my song performed by my son's friend.
In my excitement, I didn't realize how my overly emotional happiness affected my dog Pepper.
I did realize it later, when she kept waking me up, supposedly to go outside and didn't do much there.
My body reacted to this great present by giving me pain in the left side of my body, going through my eye, sinus and my head.
I just wanted to sleep and put my hand on my eye. Before then, laying down next to the cat with his back against my face felt very comforting :)
This morning, as my colon always does what it supposed to, my left nostril opened up. I also used some acupressure - the acupoints on my eyes and head felt so painful. I felt slight nausea as well. I went outside to get fresh air, made some peppermint tea. Yet, it was not enough.
In this situation, I simply rub the M-Grain essential oils blend on the sore points and lick my finger afterwards. As I did - on my head, neck, gums, and legs. It's getting light outside and I will go for a nice walk. Taking a break from the computer may be a good idea too :)

As I went for a walk, I thought what else I could do to help myself. I remembered loving EndoFlex essential oils blend to balance the endocrine system and RutaVala for the nerves. I did my head stand, rotated my shoulders and wrists, admired the pastel nature morning colors and headed home. I proceeded with the above essential oils blends, rubbing EndoFlex on my solar plex, pancreas, thymus and thyroid, and even on my temple. Then I used some RutaVala. If I didn't have these blends, I could have used others to relax and maybe open up some tight spots. Otherwise, I am sure, using my own mind would bring relief too.
I had a pomegranate, then some soaked and dried walnuts and almonds, and feeling pretty good now :)
Later on, I felt not 100% again. I sipped my favorite NingXia Nitro with sea buckthorn oil and quite a few essential oils this time: Sacred Frankincense, ginger, freedom and nutmeg. A nice walk outside and laying in the grass while watching out cat, completely relaxing helped a lot. I realized my jaws were tight.
It looks like I'm fine now :)
The next day, I got pain in my other eye. I realized, it emanating from a spot in my sore head. In fact, 2 spots - on my head and my neck were very painful, and when I pressed on them, the pain in my eye disappeared. It is all about the flow of energy - I rubbed Peace & Calming essential oils blend on these 2 spots and Valor, Aroma Life and RutaVala around my eye.
The next morning, I rubbed Nutmeg essential oil on my adrenals. I immediately felt sleepy. I laid down next to my dog Pepper for just a few minutes to let my body balance itself, and soon, I felt full of energy and here I am, typing this. I may still give myself a break from computers today and focus on other things.
