Even though, it’s a warm fall, but drizzling day, I felt a little tired and cold from not getting enough sleep last night and sitting for too many hours the day before. I felt like warm food, yet nourishing and delicious.
I put a small fry pen on a double grill, poured some water on the bottom, put some sprouted quinoa, salad on top, tahini, olive, soaked and dried on my windowsill pine and pecan nuts, and topped it off with defrosted dragon fruit. As soon as it warmed up, I mixed it all up, add lemon juice, cucumbers and sprouts.
I did not cook, but simply warmed it all up, so that it would all stays raw.
Waiting for it get ready, my saliva was coming.
Yummy!
Too bad I couldn't lick the fry pen :)
I felt energized, maybe too full, and warmed up, especially after I rinsed the dishes :)
