Life - Your Stomach

In Russian, the word "живот" - stomach, comes from "жизнь" - life.

Fetus stays in the womb for 9 months.

It makes a lot of sense to me now that when I have thoughts of being unable to accept life as it is now, my stomach tenses up and I can't eat.

I know that I can't sustain myself without nutrition for long.

All I have to remind myself is that life moves on.

Everything flows, over and around the rocks,

changes and eventually balances...

The minute I go outside and observe nature, I am OK!
