Two days ago, I went hiking, going fast on a pretty steep climb. It was not my first time. However, it was the first time that my ears got slightly clogged as if at a high elevation. I also noticed that the inside of my fingers were turning bluish color while hiking up the hill - a sign of low oxygen. The wind picked up, and it was about to rain, so the air pressure went down. This reminding me how sick I got temporarily when I was skiing in Val D'isere, French Alps, in a blizzard. I started seeing sparkles in my eyes, which disappeared as soon as I went to a low elevation.
The next day, we went hiking again to the same place. This time I played it cautious :) - I went up slower and sipped on water I put 1 drop of peppermint essential oil in. Plus the weather was nice and sunny, though cold - not a low air pressure. I felt completely fine.
This morning, I had fresh wheatgrass juice, then celery with green apple. This morning, even though it's April, the temperature outside dropped to 0 degrees Celsius or 32 degrees Fahrenheit. I went out on the frosty grass on my 4, until my hands and feet felt pain from the cold. Such a great boost! :)
I also made myself a drink with my favorite NingXia Nitro, mixing it with a few essential oils in the sea buckthorn oil to support my body - Sacred Frankincense, Freedom and Lemon Myrtle. Emotionally, I need to work on being less sensitive, which may not be easy at the present times. I will focus on composing. as I feel my purpose is to write beautiful music now.
