A very delicate taste
I love the thick consistency of the butternut squash
The watermelon is room temperature now. I’ll have it in maybe 30 min.
This juice made my stomach feel so good.
I collected plantain and sassafras leaves for a little later
Found a baby reishi.
I did not give up on wild black cherries. I like how they taste. Maybe I had too many for me. I’ll ask my neighbor if any pesticides were used. I didn’t think so

Keeping the record, so that I can put it all in 1 file. I feel pain in my sinuses, so I rubbed Breath Again above my eyes. Then I mixed the Longevity blend with the Ortho Ease and rubbed it on my feet. Now I need to rub some JuvaCleanse on my liver and feet reflexes for liver. My whole liver meridian's acupoints are so painful on touch. Last night, the acupoints on my stomach were so sore. Today too. I will have to assist my body to melt and get out these toxins. Fresh air, moving and focusing on something else will make this ok. Kadima! (in Hebrew "forward") Never give in.
Yes, if I had to crawl to sassafras last, I would have. I was in a lot of pain, but I knew what to do to get better. I’ll give up in death
