I love it when I focus on preparing my meal instead of grabbing this and that. It helps my appetite. Sometimes, I would do stomach exercises first.

Adding steamed red beat, flavorful sprouts and a few defrosted mango slices, plus the sea weed bed, crunchy broccoli dipped in tahini made it special! Almond butter hidden in the middle and covered with sprouted quinoa added softness and chewiness. I sprinkled my creation with pine nuts and squeezed lemon juice. The salad greens and red cabbage added pleasant texture.
