I was just washing my juicer and other stuff and noticed how quickly my skin on my hands lost its moisture. I thought, how people follow the theory of drinking when they are not thirsty - forcing yourselves to drink when not thirsty, tasteless liquid.
What about eating fruit that are full of balanced nutrients?
I sometimes do drink water when I go hiking, though I like to add a drop of peppermint essential oil.
I always listen to my body and try to be present, enjoying what I'm doing.
P.S. Btw, I did moisturize my hands by freshly squeezed lemon juice.
