A speck of dust slowly turns into a dust ball, unless there is a wind, a movement.
Same in our body - to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit, we need to move, align, stretch, strengthen, and nourish it every day
Imagine a pond where there is no movement of water - no aeration, no fish. It would quickly get overgrown with fungi, or in other words, the filth in the pond will start disintegrating, turning into fungi.
Now think of your body.
I try to move as much as possible - I stand when others sit, I walk or bicycle to the store (I bike standing too :) )
I take long walks with my dog, and we run a little - so much fun!
Some people may need a purpose to go outside :) My answer - look around - observe nature and people, sing, do a speed walking, breeze!
Any weather is great - just dress appropriately.
What happens if for whatever reason you can't move? Any of these may be useful: massage with hands or wooden massager, acupressure, a hot tub or a massaging shower, getting on a trampoline and have someone else jump on it, even if just your legs are on the trampoline. Another way may be using a long towel to rest each part of the body to move it sideways. Rolling a person - anything to stimulate the flow of lymph.
