That feeling of acid, painful and not stopping on its own...
What happened? Our body is producing more acid to digest what we ate.
Do we get rid of acid because it's painful and have the food sit inside and putrefy, - a toxic to the body load?
What works for me is taking internally the fennel essential oil or, if need be, a blend of essential oils for digestion. I mix it with raw goat milk or, another favorite of mine, soothing buckthorn oil. Very effective.
I have posts on what may have caused indigestion - alignment and lifestyle, and how to assist yourself to get better. Simple browse my website.

Part II Going back to eating
I was afraid to go back to eating, fearing the pain. Even now, typing about it, I feel my stomach muscles contracting.
This morning, I decided to trust myself. I know wheatgrass juice is good, etc., etc. But what is it that my body needs, if anything at the moment?
Carrot juice! Then I had some tea with vanilla, and enjoyed ripe red mango! And later on, I ate sweet potato with almond butter! About an hour later, I had a little raw goat milk with grape juice.
None of it is written in nutritional manuals. And how can it be? Every moment is unique. Yesterday, I was craving parsley, but not today.
Will see what the day brings!
Some thoughts
It is interesting how people regularly drink the same thing in the morning, eat breakfast when not hungry, and so on - act like robots.
I realized that I can't plan my meals, because I simply never know what I will want to eat.
Afterall, lobotomy was probably not such a bad thing - let go of all fears and just trust your body!

Btw, an old acquaintance of mine was having indigestion problems. She also complained about having an ulcer.
After reading my post about many issues that may cause indigestion and how to deal with it, she followed my advice - she started thoroughly chewing her food and eliminated the unhealthy choices. She also looked critically at her lifestyle. When I saw her a few days later, she looked great - her skin was glowing!
I talked to her about her "ulcer", or what was causing the irritation - constant indigestion. Presently, she is healing and feels great! I am quite happy for her!
