I have always, since I was a child, had fresh juice - my parents juiced carrots for my eyesight.
Then, when I worked, I bought fresh juice for lunch, every single day.
When my father died, my stomach twisted resulting from my emotions. I couldn't eat, but I could drink. I even juiced at night to soothe my stomach. Wish, I relaxed too, but... I didn't know back then until a doctor pointed out how our muscles tense, and in the back too, by the way. Remember, the nerves to the stomach start at your spine. There was no need for me to run any tests - my body needed help from me.
How did I know about juicing then? My health transformation started with juicing. One day, I discovered calcification in my palm. I thought, I was too young to have that. I followed Norman Walker's advice on arthritis, and in 2 months the hardening disappeared! (I actually bought all of Norman's Walker's books and can still quote some of my favorite expressions by him).
This morning, I had wheatgrass juice with papaya - that was what I juiced years ago to feel better.
For some reason, the wheatgrass juice felt still overpowering this time, so I added a celery and a cucumber, plus squeezed lemon juice. My body reacted strongly today, for whatever reason, to the wheatgrass juice, so I stopped drinking it and had blueberries and then soaked and dried walnuts. This reaction reminds me of drinking the red beats juice years ago - my body couldn't handle it. I stopped drinking it, but maybe, I should have diluted it with something else and slowly increased the amount.
By the way, my dog Pepper always has some wheatgrass juice with raw goat milk. She had quite a few blueberries this morning too!
