I love the fresh potato juice. My mom used to juice it for me when my stomach hurt. I wish she used a sweet potato instead of regular ones. Potato juice, as well as all fresh juices, you have to drink right away before they oxidize. This is why I juice a little at a time.
This morning, when laying on a towel, I noticed that my feet were not aligned. It did not make sense to do any exercises before I fixed it - I loosed up my hips with ballet exercises and did the yoga warrior posture to fix my alignment. It felt like my muscles in the back of my knees were tight and needed stretching.
Improper digestion quite often may mean being unable to "digest" life events. Sometimes, it's just easier to swallow...

By the way, after I drunk sweet potato juice I juiced a cucumber - so delicious! Just slightly sweet.
I added hemp oil to my pulp - it will taste great with honey or nuts, or in a salad.
