It can happen to the best of us.
Why does it happen? Is it good not to move your bowels every day?
It may happen because we ate too much lifeless cooked food that has no fiber or moisture.
Maybe, you held it in, being embarrassed to use a bathroom.
Little children sometimes get fearful going to the bathroom for different reasons.
Your stomach and back muscles may be tense and painful to let you know that you need to take some action.
What would I do if I felt this way?
A few things:
Stop eating
Massage my back and stomach muscles with a relaxing essential oils blend
Massage the stomach with a blend that supports digestion and even take it internally (there are gentle blends especially formulated for kids. They may be used for people who are sensitive. These may be diluted even more with a fatty base and taken in small amounts).
Is it good not to move your bowels every day?
Of course not. Think about many functions your digestive system plays and its connection to the rest of your body, mind and soul.
Why do I like using essential oils?
Because I find them most effective, which I listed under the properties of the essential oils.
