This post of mine from October 7 2020 is in my book.
I thought, it would be useful to share it here.
What Candida Got To Do With It
Nothing! Candida is a medical label created to confuse and scare us, and to make money off of our ignorance.
For many years, prior to discovering the Terrain Model Refutes Germ Theory, I erroneously believed that Candida was a culprit. I understood the concept of the “overgrown” Candida, yet, it did not deserve the negative connotation and publicity.
If you do a search for Candida on Merckmanuals website, you will get many articles. For example, Infectious Esophageal Disorders to Candidiasis (Invasive), Fungal Urinary Tract Infections, Candidal Vaginitis, Chronic Mucocutaneous Candidiasis, Vaginal Itching and Discharge, and Fungal Infections.
They write:
“Candida species are commensal organisms that inhabit the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and sometimes the skin (see etiology of mucocutaneous candidiasis). Unlike other systemic mycoses, candidiasis results from endogenous organisms [meaning, coming from inside - my note]. Most infections are caused by C. albicans; however, C. glabrata (formerly Torulopsis glabrata) and other non-albicans species are increasingly involved in fungemia, urinary tract infections, and, occasionally, other focal disease. C. glabrata is frequently less susceptible to fluconazole than other species; C. krusei is inherently resistant to fluconazole; frequency of resistance to voriconazole and amphotericin varies. C. krusei is most frequently susceptible to echinocandins. C. auris is an emerging, multidrug-resistant species that has caused recent outbreaks in hospitals and is challenging to identify and treat.”
Why do you think Candida “over-grows”? What does it grow on? Does it have a function?
Let me first give you an analogous situation of a fruit rotting from inside.
When we pick a fresh fruit, it is full of live nutrients, juice and enzymes. It may even still have yeasts on its skin. After some time, however, the fruit will start rotting, meaning dying. What does that entail? Transformation of life - cells changing, new enzymes and microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) forming to consume what was fresh before. The same goes with fresh or cooked meat as soon as an animal is slaughtered, compounded with toxic high levels of adrenaline hormone produced by a fearing animal (sorry for being graphic).
Are the processes any different in our body? Yes and no. Yes, because we also have dying cells which our body removes. And no, because we are more sophisticated. We are alive, regenerating new cells all the time!
Should we interfere with our innate godly intelligence?
I do, because I am not perfect and the world around me is not perfect.
Actually, what is perfect? Another word created by humans. As Sheakspear wrote: “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so”
We know that inflammation and fever are processes of our body burning toxins. The microorganisms created by our body are little helpers consuming the toxins inside us.
Should we extinguish the fire?
My approach, for me, as I’m impatient and do not like discomfort and suffering,, is to use essential oils to speed up and support all the processes I think I know that are going inside. Never forgetting my soul and emotions, because this is where it all originates anyway. Some people get a weak spot in their throat, because they are unable to express themselves ( sticks in your throat), some get a bad stomach because they can’t “stomach it”, yet, some eat themselves alive (fungus? ). There are others more grotesque expressions I will leave for you to explore
I also pay more attention to my nutrition (I’m a raw vegetarian) and my lifestyle.
So does “Candida” over-grow? Yes, to consume the crap we accumulated.
In this situation, I twist my mind back where it belongs, support my digestion, balance sugar in my blood, endocrine system and internal organs, and lymph. I find eating sauerkraut and drinking cabbage rejuvelac most helpful. I assist the inflammation by using essential oils (from mild to stronger if need be), cleansing my blood of toxins. In other words, I’m forcing the homeostasis that my body is capable of achieving on its own. But to a point. I let go when I feel that my body can handle the situation. After all, we do want our body to perform all it needs on its own. It is more intelligent than we even suspect.
This is where I am at this moment in my life of my conscious and unconscious development
Each person does what they feel is right for them.
A healthy soil has many beneficial living organisms, organic matter, fungi, and bugs, all working in symbiosis to maintain it. Watering is needed for moisture, as well as to sustain plants, mushrooms, etc. which in turn supply nutrients.
It is a never-ending process as living organisms, plants and animals go through natural seasonal and life stages. Cyclical and natural.
Different living organisms and plants live in different soil. For example, lavender prefers cool climate and rocky soil.
Compare this perfection to the soil being compacted by heavy grass mowers, eventually devoid of live nutrients. People make holes in it to aerate the soil, when the worms and live organisms would do it naturally. People add pesticides and synthetic or natural organic nutritions, when the plants are capable of doing it so on their own (decomposing leaves)
Same in our body. It is constantly supporting itself, cleaning, carrying nutrients and oxygen to cells, etc. What happens if you overeat , do not combine food correctly or ingest toxic substances? Your body will respond, trying to eliminate the extra load. Sometimes, when there is too much for the body to handle at a time, it may isolate the toxins into sacks and create colonies of bacteria and fungi trying to digest it all (“tumors”).
Should you eliminate the microorganisms your body created?
It is useful to know about pleomorphism and microzymas - the amazing tiny enzymes in our body, which mutate to do cleaning, decomposing the bad tissues inside us, changing into a “pathogenic bacteria”. As soon as they finish their work, they return to their hibernating state. This is what I call perfect!
Be your own everything!
Happiness and love!
